- Renewal cycles are every 2 years.
- CSAT, CCBRT, and CPTT must have 15 renewal credits per certification renewal.
- (Each certification requires that 5 of your renewal credits are specifically for that certification.) Example if I want to renew my CSAT and CPTT certification I must have taken 5 CSAT specific CE's and 5 CPTT specific CE's. The remaining 5 CEs don't have to be program specific.)
- Supervisor must have 15 renewal credits and of those 6 need to be "Supervisor" specific.
- PSAP must have 15 renewal credits per certification renewal.
- CMAT does not have renewal requirements.
NOTE: Failure to complete all renewal requirements by the expiration date will result in the member's certification being suspended, and they will no longer be eligible for certification benefits including use of the "CSAT, PSAP, CMAT, CPTT, or CCBRT" designation.
