IITAP Certification Renewal are Every 2 years. You will begin receiving email notifications 6 weeks prior to your renewal date. 
 
For CSAT / CCPT / CCBRT / TCAS
To renew please follow these steps:
  1. Log into your profile on www.iitap.com
  2. There will be a yellow notification under the blue header that states Your membership will expire. Renew now! - Click Renew now!
  3. Update your personal information (this is only visible to IITAP staff and you)
    • If there is no address listed in this area, we will send your renewed certificate to your professional office location
  4. Update your professional information (this will be visible to the public)
  5. Upload a current copy of your license (only visible to IITAP Staff)
  6. Upload a current copy of your malpractice insurance (only visible to IITAP staff)
  7. Accept the Terms & Conditions
  8. Submit renewal payment
For PSAP/PSAP-Supervisors
To renew please follow these steps:
  1. Log into your profile on www.iitap.com
  2. There will be a yellow notification under the blue header that states Your membership will expire. Renew now! - Click Renew now!
  3. Update your personal information (this is only visible to IITAP staff and you)
    • If there is no address listed in this area, we will send your renewed certificate to your professional office location
  4. Update your professional information (this will be visible to the public)
  5. Accept the Terms & Conditions
  6. Submit renewal payment
Once your payment goes through, we will be notified and an email notice regarding your renewal status showing as pending will be sent to you. That email will also have the ethics agreement form for you to complete for us. We will then verify your 15 IITAP CEs on our end and follow up with you if anything in addition is needed. If not, we will email you the renewed certificate and mail a hard copy to the address listed on file.
