IITAP Certifications are renewed every 2 years. You will begin receiving email notifications approximately 6 weeks prior to your renewal date. Do you need to renew your Certifications?

WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS

For CSAT / CCPT / CCBRT / TCAS
To renew, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your profile at www.iitap.com
  2. Look for the yellow notification under the blue header stating Your membership will expire. Click Renew now!
  3. Update your personal information (visible only to you and IITAP staff)
    • If no address is listed, your certificate will be mailed to your professional office address
  4. Update your professional information (visible to the public)
  5. Upload a current copy of your license (visible only to IITAP staff)
  6. Accept the Terms & Conditions
  7. Submit your renewal payment. You will receive an email confirming your renewal status as pending, along with the ethics agreement form. IITAP staff will verify your CEs and follow up if additional information is needed. 

For PSAP / PSAP Supervisors
To renew, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your profile at www.iitap.com
  2. Look for the yellow notification under the blue header stating Your membership will expire. Click Renew now!
  3. Update your personal information (visible only to you and IITAP staff)
    • If no address is listed, your certificate will be mailed to your professional office address
  4. Update your professional information (visible to the public)
