Thank you for attending the 2022 IITAP Symposium!
In order to verify your attendance at the LIVE ONLINE event, we have provided links to the forms you will need to fill out.
There is one unique link for each separate day, so please be mindful for which day you are verifying.
CEs will be calculated based on the submissions received, and a certificate of attendance with the cumulative total earned during the live, online Symposium will be uploaded to participants' Professional Development Journals within 6-8 weeks of the conclusion of the Symposium.
