Note: Our training staff will confirm attendance and generate a certificate that we upload to your IITAP profile. Please allow up to 2 weeks after the completion of the training for this to be uploaded.



  1. Login to the IITAP website with your username and password.
  2. In the upper right corner of the screen, you will see the word Welcome followed by your name. Click on that message to see more options.
  3. Click Account + Settings.
  4. Click the tab labeled Professional Development.


 

4. You’ll see a list of the webinars/workshops you’ve taken. Click the pencil icon, located under Options.


5. If there is a lock icon, please contact support@iitap.com to let us know.


6. A smaller pop-up window will open. 

7. Click the BLUE Attachment link to view / download / print your certificate. This will load in a new window for you to download as a PDF. 


  1. Click Cancel to close the box and return to your Professional Development Journal. 

    Please note: Clicking the printer icon will show you a simplified version of your CEs (continuing education credits), and this is available immediately upon completion of the event, or passing of the quiz.
