Most IITAP-held events come with a set of Digital Materials to assist with the training.


We use the Digify Platform to store our files. 


Once you register for an event, we will use the email address you entered for that registration to communicate all details for the event, moving forward. Please refrain from using more than one email address when registering for IITAP events.


Prior to the Start Date of the Event:


You will receive an email from Digify (no-reply@digify.com) today with the subject line:

"IITAP LLC invited you to a data room on Digify."


  1. Click the button labeled View data room.

  2. In the field provided, enter your email: (the one you used at registration) and click Continue.

  3. An email will be sent with a one-time verification code.
     
  4. Copy the code from your email, enter it in the field provided, and click View.

  5. You will need to activate your Digify Account by entering your first and last name and creating a password. 

  6. Click Activate.

  7. Review the Terms of Access and click Agree.


Downloading the Materials in the data room:

  1. Click on a file and the options to View and Download will appear. Click Download.
  2. Once the file has downloaded from the website, click on it, and then click the download arrow to save the file to your device.
  3. After you have downloaded the files, click the Close button to exit the data room. You will be redirected to your dashboard, and from there you can logout of Digify.

**If you have the option to Print, you will see this at the top. If the permissions are restricted, you will not see the Print option.
