Recovery Zone is an assessment generator, not a client data repository. To keep the database running efficiently, we perform a biannual purge. You are responsible for downloading your clients' reports to your own storage before each purge date.

Completed assessments six months or older are purged. Incomplete assessments under six months remain on the server for another six months to allow completion. Any assessment twelve months or older is purged regardless of completion status.

Download completed assessments right away rather than waiting — it becomes a big task if left to pile up.

Before each purge date, review your assessments for potential refunds. If a client stopped before completing the demographic section, a Cancel button will appear on that row, and those tokens will be returned to your account. No Cancel button means the client passed the demographic section, and the tokens are non-refundable.
