Finding Your Login Credentials
What you need:
- Training ID (also called "Assigned Identifier")
- Token Login (also called "Therapist Practice Name")
Where to find them:
- Go to https://iitap.com/login.aspx and log in with your IITAP member credentials
- Click "My Profile" from the top blue menu
- Locate your Token Login - you'll enter this in the "Therapist/Practice Name" field
- Copy your Training ID - you'll enter this in the "Assigned Identifier" field
Logging Into Recovery Zone
- Go to https://new.recoveryzone.com
- Click "Client Access" (you're taking the assessment as a client)
- Enter your Token Login in the "Therapist/Practice Name" field
- Enter your Training ID in the "Assigned Identifier" field • Important: Remove any extra spaces before or after your ID to avoid errors
- Click "Log In"
- Your assigned assessments will appear on the next page
Pro tip: You can save your progress and log out anytime. The system remembers where you left off!
