Here are steps to take when your client can not seem to login to take an assessment.

1. When you create a login make sure you do not put a space before or after you Client ID. Test this to see if it is the case.

2. Make sure you test the client login before you send it to your client to ensure that they will be able to log in.

3. Client logins are case-sensetive and must be typed in exactly like they were created.

4. If all else fails; cancel the Client ID and create a new one.  Once you cancel the Client ID the tokens will go back into your account.  Just make sure your new Client ID is unique.
