When our ListServ is active, it can bring many emails to your main email inbox. We recommend using the filter option in your email settings to move these emails into a folder that is less distracting. You may access this folder at any time to scroll through the ListServ threads to learn information. 


While we cannot troubleshoot every email client available, below will begin with Google, or Gmail settings, and we will add more instructions for other email clients, as needed.


1. Within your Gmail inbox, you can click on Settings - it looks like a gear wheel. 


2. Click See All Settings.




3. Click on Filters and Blocked Messages.
You may set rules within this setting. 


4. Click Create a New Filter

See screenshot below.



5. Enter "[clinical-professionals]" in the Subject line - this will match up with the ListServ Default Subject line and filter those emails automatically.


6. Click Create Filter


On the next popup, you will select what happens with those messages. The red arrow points to my existing folder for ListServ emails - if you do not have this, you may create a new Label (folder) for these emails to land within. 


7. Check the box "Apply the Label" 


8. Click New Label. You may title this ListServ or anything to your preference



9. Enter the name for the Folder Label and click Create




Your emails will now filter into this folder. You may access from your inbox.
