If you'd like to limit the number of emails you receive, you may update your email settings for the ListServ networks you are subscribed to.
You will have to put yourself into Digest mode.
Support cannot do this for you. See instructions below:
1. At the bottom of each ListServ email, there is a link to click to put you in "Digest Mode". This will limit the frequency in which you receive emails from the ListServ community.

3. The link must be clicked from within your email in order to correspond to your email settings.
4. You will be taken to a new screen. See below:
Here, you can also update your email address or unsubscribe from the list.
Choose the option for this ListServ.
You will receive a confirmation shortly after, as well as a follow-up email confirmation from the ListServ you are corresponding with.
