A ListServ is a method of communicating with a group of people via email. You send a message to the group email address (or reflector). Once the post is approved by IITAP Staff, the software then sends it to all subscribers in that group.
- We maintain a ListServ network for Clinical Professionals, a network for our PSAPs, and a third ListServ network for our RAEs and RACS to connect with others in the field who also completed the same training certification.
- Your email address is "subscribed" to the ListServ that corresponds with your certification group.
**You will not be able to email a network you are not subscribed to. - To send a message to the Listserv in which you belong, send an email to:

Please note the different emails, so you do not reach out to the wrong ListServ network.
To Reply to an email post from the ListServ Network:
If you are responding to a post, you may respond directly to the person who posted (by clicking “reply”) which is also called "back channel", or post your response for the entire Listserv to view (by clicking “reply all”).
