How to Find Your ClientID for Training

  1. Sign into www.iitap.com

  2. At the top left-hand corner, click My Profile in the blue header

  3. Scroll down the following page until you see the Additional Information section

  4. Token Login is your Therapist Name on new.recoveryzone.com

  5. Training ID is your unique assigned identifier on new.recoveryzone.com

Once your assessments have been completed on new.recoveryzone.com you will then download the assessment results from your IITAP profile one week prior to your training start date. 


The assessments for each mod are listed below:


    CSAT PROGRAM

            For Module 1: SDI-V4 and SDMI will be required for training

            For Module 2:  IPAST-R and PTSI-R will be required for training

            For Module 3: ECR-R and MAWASI-R will be required for training

    CPTT PROGRAM

            For Module 2:  IPAST-R and PTSI-R will be required for training

How to find my assessment results:


Once you have completed the assessments assigned for your module training, we transfer the results to your IITAP profile. This is a manual process we will check several times prior to your training dates. When we ask you to download your results, please follow the instructions below:


  1. Sign into www.iitap.com 

  2. At the top left-hand corner, click My Profile in the blue header

  3. Scroll down the following page until you see the Additional Information section

  4. Under you Token Login and Training ID information, you should see uploads of your completed assessments.

  5. Click Download File, if you want you can save these documents to your device, please be mindful to which folder this downloads. If you do not see the words Download File, your results have not been transferred. Please reach out to training@iitap.com and let us know.

  6. Or you can Print them off
