In order to earn full CE Credit for attending a CSAT®, CPTT®, CCBRT®, TCAS, RAE®, RACS or PSAP® module training, or CMAT training, full attendance is mandatory. If any hours over the course of the training are missed, those hours must be made up by attending the next available offering of the module training at a cost of $250 per half day.

  • If the candidate is unable to attend the necessary day(s) in the next available module, they will have 1 year from the original training date to make up their time.

  • If the hours are not made up within that time frame, the module training must be re-taken in its entirety and the full registration fee will apply.

  • Missed hours will be made up in 4 hour/half day increments minimum. If 1 hour is missed, for example, the candidate will be required to re-take the full 4 hour/half day segment in which the time was missed.

  • If the candidate does not attend during the scheduled make-up time, and does not reach out to IITAP beforehand to reschedule, their payment for the missed hours will be forfeited.

  • All missed hours must be made up in a live/online format. Watching a recording is not permissible.

  • Partial CEs and certificates of attendance will not be issued. CEs and certificates of attendance will only be issued upon completion of missed hours.

Should you not be able to attend an entire webinar or workshop for its full time, your attendance will be switched to AUDIT mode. This means you will still be able to attend the webinar/workshop for the time that you are able, but you will not receive a certificate of completion or CEs. Partial CEs will not be given. There is no reduction in price to audit a training. Further questions regarding this policy, and requests for religious considerations, may be sent to training@iitap.com.

Module bundle pricing is available as a registration fee option for most certification training Candidates and may not be shared with any other Candidate or Registrant. Associated bundle credits must be used within the Candidate’s training timeframe: 2 years from their first module training. If the funds are not used by this deadline, they will be forfeited (non-refundable and non-transferable).

If the Candidate cancels their training and is seeking a refund, the following stipulations will apply:

  • If cancelling the original purchase, and no funds from the bundle have been used, the regular cancellation policy will apply. A full refund will be issued for cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the start of the training. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior will be refunded less a $300 cancellation fee.
  • If cancelling after the bundle discounted rate has been applied to one or more trainings, the associated discount amount (5%, 10%, or 15%) will be voided, and the standard rate of the training(s) completed will be applied and deducted from the bundle total paid. The remaining amount will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be available as of the first day of the scheduled event.

If the Candidate cancels a training included in the bundle and is seeking a transfer, the following will apply:

  • Registration fees may be transferred one time only to another module within the same training program. Transfer requests must be submitted prior to the first day of the scheduled event. If the registrant is unable to attend the transferred module training, it will be treated as a cancellation. The Candidate’s bundle payment will be refunded, based on the stipulations above. The cancellation fee, if applicable, will be based on the original training and cancellation dates.

The Module, Workshop, and CMAT training cancellation policies below are effective March 15, 2026 and will apply to trainings posted to the event calendar after that date. Important: The information below is a general overview. Please check event registration pages for specific cancellation policies and associated fees.

Certification Module Trainings

  • Refund: For a full refund, a cancellation request must be received by IITAP no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled event. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior will be refunded less a $300 cancellation fee. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing. Refunds that cannot be processed due to incorrect or outdated payment or mailing information (e.g., invalid credit card details or an undeliverable address) will be forfeited. Bundle Purchases: Please refer to the Bundle policy for specifics related to remaining funds.
  • Transfer: Registration fees may be transferred one time only to another module within the same training program. Transfer requests must be submitted prior to the first day of the scheduled event. If the registrant is unable to attend the transferred module training, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the registrant will be refunded based on the original training and cancellation dates. The transfer policy also applies to bundles. Please refer to the Bundle policy for specific details. 

Workshop Trainings

  • Refund: For a full refund, a cancellation request must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled event. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior will be refunded less the cancellation fee (see below for average fees). Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing. Refunds that cannot be processed due to incorrect or outdated payment or mailing information (e.g., invalid credit card details or an undeliverable address) will be forfeited.
  • Credit: For a full credit, a cancellation request must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled event. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior will be credited less the cancellation fee. A credit can be applied to one training of equal or greater value, and will expire 1 year from the date issued. Credit deadlines can not be extended. If the credit is not used within the specified timeframe, the funds will be forfeited (non-refundable and non-transferable).

CMAT Trainings

  • Refund Only: For a full refund, a cancellation request must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled event. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior will be refunded less a $200 cancellation fee. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing. Refunds that cannot be processed due to incorrect or outdated payment or mailing information (e.g., invalid credit card details or an undeliverable address) will be forfeited.

Note for all trainings: No refunds, credits, or transfers will be available as of the first day of the scheduled event.

Average Cancellation Fees: 

  • 4 or more day trainings = $300

  • 3 to 3 ½ day trainings = $200

  • 2 to 2 ½ day trainings = $150

  • 1 to 1 ½ day trainings = $75

  • Participants will need to have their device camera on (please notify the IITAP Staff member assisting with the training should you need to turn your camera off at any time).

  • Driving or riding as a passenger is prohibited. Participants must be in a stationary area. Driving or being a passenger in a car while participating in an online training is prohibited as it can be very distracting for all parties. If you are actively driving, or a passenger in a car, we will dismiss you from the training for your safety. This will be considered a cancellation with the cancellation policy enforced.

  • Exercise equipment policy: Participants are allowed to use walking pads or stationary bikes for light, physical movement only. High-intensity or excessive training is not permitted. Excessive jumping or movement that is distracting to faculty or participants will not be permitted.

    • Exercise must be paused during non-screen sharing discussions, group breakouts, and experiential activities.

    • The moderator will ask participants to stop exercising if it becomes disruptive to other participants or faculty.
