Please visit: https://new.recoveryzone.com and click Client Access.
1. In Therapist/Practice Name, begin to type the name of the therapist (This will be how your name appears in your profile under Therapist/Practice name)
2. Choose the correct therapist and move to the next field.
3. Enter the assigned Client Identifier in this field.
4. Click Log In. The assigned assessments will appear on the next page.

5. Click Start Assessment to begin.
Once the user passes the demographics section, the quiz cannot be restarted or refunded.
