Update Profile Information

Please note: You are responsible for keeping your IITAP profile up to date, changes can be made on the following page. Always remember to click "Save" at the bottom, every time you update your profile.


Once you log in to https://iitap.com you will see your name at the top right-hand corner. 


Click "Welcome, your name" then click Account + Settings. 


You will be redirected to your "Account + Settings" section. Here you will update your:
  • Account information, such as, your email address, 
  • Personal address (not visible to the public), 
  • If your preferred mailing address is different than your professional address, you can enter the information in this area. If this area is blank, by default we will use your professional address to mail your certificates to.
  • Professional address (visible to the public), 
    1. License Type / Ordination
    2. License Expiration Date (not visible to the public)
    3. License Number (not visible to the public)
    4. Upload current copy of your license (not visible to the public)
    5. Malpractice Expiration Date (not visible to the public)
    6. Upload current copy of malpractice (not visible to the public)


How to delete the previously uploaded copy of your license and malpractice insurance?

***Note: we understand there is a lot to fill in on this page and we want to assure you that your personal information is private and ONLY visible to you and the IITAP Admin Staff. Here is a helpful key to distinguish between what fields are shown to other members and the public and what fields are private***

Fields ONLY visible to you and the IITAP admin staff will have a red locked symbol next to it
Fields visible to other members and potential clients will have a green unlocked symbol next to it


Clicking the lock symbol will allow you to change it yourself:

Not showing up in our directory?


While editing your profile, if you notice to the right of your address field shows a Red or Yellow checkmark on a compass symbol rather than a Green checkmark on the symbol, this means your address is not validated or popping up on the IITAP Therapist Directories.

You will need to click the compass symbol to view suggestions the website has in order to populate your listing. 

*Please note: after updating the website, changes can take up to 24 hours to reflect on the front end.
