If Support@iitap.com emailed you a Temporary Password, Skip to Section 2.


Section 1


If you forgot your password and you don't have a temporary password sent from Support@IITAP.com, follow the instructions below: 


1. Please visit https://new.recoveryzone.com

 

2. Click Therapist Access at the top right.


3. Click Forgot your password? link towards the bottom left.


A password will be sent to your email on the RZ profile, subject line: Recovery Zone: Password Reset Confirmation Message


If you do not receive this email, please check your SPAM/Junk folder. If you still do not receive after 10 minutes, please email Support@IITAP.com
Most likely, your email on the Recovery Zone has not been updated. We do this on the backend, so please let us know which email you prefer.

Section 2


Once we send you a temporary password, please follow the instructions below:


1. Please visit https://new.recoveryzone.com

 

2. Click Therapist Access at the top right.


3. Enter the credentials we sent you in the email. Your username and temporary password.


4. Once you are logged in, click My Account at the top right.


5. Here, you will enter your temporary password in the first field box.


6. Please choose a new password, following the password criteria listed below the Confirm new password field box.


7. Click Change Password.


Keep this password secure, and be sure to make sure your email on file is current.
